Suits and Bikes

These last few days have been a bit crazy. I've been posting in an un-chronological order. I apologize for the confusion. Let's review:
Monday- 1st day of class and river at night.
Tuesday- cathedral and flamenco. It also hit 100 F!
Wednesday- welcome party at the school. Basically a meet and greet with everyone and their "intercambios." These are Sevillanos who want to improve their English. We're supposed to meet once a week to practice speaking. Mine couldn't make it but I met some others. It was fun!
Thursday- Corpus Cristi procession and toros. Ariel's 20th birthday! So we celebrated!
Friday- no school! We went out for chocolate and churros in the morning. Then, we went shopping. Every time we go out, we end up exploring the city. Going off the beaten tourist path and getting familiar with the areas the locals frequent.
Saturday- Morning walk to Plaza de Espana. Lots of photo taking.

So that's what's been going on this week. I promise to post in more detail soon! Just gotta keep the fam updated! <3

Btw, the title of this post refers to the practice of riding your scooter to work while wearing a suit. A common sight.
